Fit Kids

Hello Hello!

Today's tid-bit is a small part of our day, but is definitely beneficial in BIG ways! What could I be talking about other than ORGANIZED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY TIME!  This 10 minute block of our day really helps with behavior and energy in our classroom AND it is just so much fun! We really get our blood pumping! When our little bodies are kindergarten bodies, we NEED movement time.  Since we have begun this fitness adventure with the jammers, I can see behavior improvements as well as heightened focus in academics. Below are some of our favorites:

This is Cosmic Kids Yoga Adventures (Click to bring you to their youtube channel) This pleasant lady guides you through yoga positions with stories!  We really love this fish one!

 
Another one of our favorites is Kids Workout with Paul Eugene.  This is a very aerobics focused workout for when we have the SUPER wiggles! The movements are easy to follow and we like that he talks directly to us!
 
 
 
 
Last but not least is our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE WORKOUT!  We love to dance along to youtube clips of the Just Dance video game! The most requested song in jammerland is  what is.........
